Candidates must have:
* Solid background in user oriented front-end development
* Fully embraces CSS to achieve exceptional UI design
* Experience in designing and implementing for usability
* Demonstrate an intimate knowledge of browser quirks and best
practices
* Extremely detail oriented down to pixel-perfect implementation
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Nice to Haves:
* Familiar with Agile Development Methodologies
* Working experience with git, svn or another version control system
* Working experience with HAML or ERB templates
* UX experience concept
* Experience with CSS frameworks
